GSK PRODUCTION SYSTEM EXECUTIVE | Role Profile - Implement GSK Production system in GSK Sri Lanka Supply Chain Sites
- Continuously seek avenues for efficiency enhancements
- Facilitate the development of a well-conceived Kaizen/projects roadmap and 6-Sigma plan which supports strategic priorities.
- Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams in continuous improvement events in support of safety, quality, delivery, cost and productivity
- Mastery of VSM, problem solving, transactional, AM and standard work, Kaizen tools; facilitate the training and development of the local team on these core tools.
- Maintain project/process documentation including tracking of results.
Personal Profile - Degree in Science / Degree in Operations Management/ Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
- Black Belt or Green Belt in Six Sigma will be a definite advantage
- Minimum of 02 years experience in manufacturing environment in a reputed company with previous exposure to Operational Excellence and Lean Sigma Concepts
- High degree of proficiency in MS office packages especially Excel & PowerPoint
- Ability to influence and drive change
- Good command in both English and Sinhala language
