Job Title- Group Trainer

Our Client is a Garment manufacturer that operates since 1890 and it has diversified in recent years to encompass the apparel, leisure, power, information technology and retail industries, stamping. They’ve taken the first step towards achieving that goal by setting up the world’s first custom built ‘green’ factory in Agalawatte, Sri Lanka. Further it’s a global business employing over 40,000 people in 33 factories across Sri Lanka, Bangladesh & Vietnam.

Qualifications and experience

 Degree or Diploma in Human resource Management / Training and Development

 Handled the learning, development, talent management in policy and execution level

 Age Below 45

 5 – 6 years’ experience as  a trainer

 Preferably Apparel or manufacturing experience would be an added advantage

Personal Attributes and skills

 Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals.

 Should be comfortable working in large multi-cultural teams.

 Very high ethical standards.

 Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours.

 A pleasing outgoing and a service oriented personality.
