​Genaral Manager

• Should be able to Administrate and manage of all construction projects.
• Fore cast monthly income/expenditure of projects.
• Conduct monthly progress review meetings.
• Conduct weekly meetings with purchas/Accounts/Transport divisions.
• Attend meetings with client/Consultant.
• Liaison with Client/Consultant and other out side parties.
• Identify and provide training needs of staff.
• Guide project managers to achieve quality and timely completion of projects within the budget.
• Administration of all divisions under OCPL (Pvt) ltd.
• Any other special duties assigned by the Management.
