Job Title- Director Human Resources (Hospitality)

Our Client is a leading multinational hotel in Sri Lanka.

Qualifications and experience

Tertiary education in HRM
Experience with a luxury hotel group (minimum 8 years of experience in Hospitality Industry)
Exceptional communication skills in English (both written and spoken)

Job Role

Responsible in providing leadership, direction and guidance for all areas of HR
Supporting the accomplishment of hotel and department goals and objectives.
The applicant will have to deal with all Human Resources-related functions including recruitment, selection, training and development to motivate and to maintain a competent work force.

Personal Attributes and skills

Excellent knowledge and familiarity with local labor laws
Tactful and sensitive to employee needs
Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
Consistent record of team development
Attention to detail, service-mind oriented and discreet with confidential information
