Our client is an independent Global Business Services firm that provides a range of Research & Analytics and a Contact Center Services, which is backed by the St Anthony’s Group. It is located at Colombo 09.

 

Job Role

  • Correspond with global clients whilst delivering high quality professional services.
  • Achieve KPIs.
  • Maximize productive “phone time”.
  • Work towards SAKS and client objectives.
  • Support teams and ensure common goals are met.
  •  

Eligibility

To be successful you will need to possess:

  • Strong communication skills in English (Spoken & Written).
  • Flexibility to work client specific shifts (Sri Lankan Holidays).
  • GCE Advanced level with three passes.

Having experience will be an added advantage.
