Demonstrated experience in the relevant field.
Ability to use of participatory methodologies.
Understanding of community-based programming.
Excellent oral communication skills and the ability to deliver high quality written reports in English.
Language skills in Sinhala and Tamil is essential as CDF works with all three communities.
