You should be an Engineering Graduate / Higher Diploma holder from a recognized University in
the field of Civil Engineering. Minimum 3 years of proven work experience and good knowledge
of structural design, testing of construction materials, analytical skills, and the ability to work
under pressure would be an added advantage.
