IMPORTANT: This position would be based on an outsourced
contract basis for a period of 6 to 12 months
e Candidates must be below the age of 28 years
e Diploma in Secretarial studies or relevant professional qualification
e Aminimum of 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role
e Proficiency in Microsoft Office
e Excellent command of the English language both spoken & written
Duties & Responsibilities (But not limited to):
e Maintain the CFO’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, meetings, conferences etc.
e Attend meetings and record the minutes as & when required
e Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
e Handle and prioritize all outgoing/ incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc. )
e Make travel arrangements for the CFO when required
¢ Perform all other secretarial duties
