Business Development Executive

Requirements

Ability to convince top level corporates and management
Excellent communication skills
Preparation and presentation skills
Good negotiation skills
Exposure to IT and fair understating of the individuals, corporates and also banking requirements with related to Retail banking products
Good interpersonal skills and positive attitude towards the enhancement of the business
Ability to represent Pay fast at any forum to promote the product

Areas to handle

Identify potential corporates
Meet top management and sell brand as the best retail bank
Presentations to corporate CFOs accountants and HR heads
Post sale follow-up with customers
Branch coordination and follow up
Support customers for a convenient commencement of a relationship

Make a clear and transparent awareness of the features of the product
Application process and on boarding process
Plan post sale cross selling initiatives

MIS and Reporting

Reporting and analysis of the business volumes generated
Monthly status updates on sales and usage on retail products
Conduct weekly meetings on sales closed/on-going/future plans
