ASSISTANT MANAGER – LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT (SUPPLY CHAIN)

Role Profile

  • Ensure strategic, standardised, business aligned approach to the design and delivery of world class learning in GSK Sri Lanka Supply Chain sites to create a competitive advantage to support the delivery of the GSK global Supply Chain ambition

  • Develop capabilities, skills and competencies at all levels within the Supply Chain organization by assessing training needs, developing training plans and training content (technical, compliance, leadership skills etc) in consultation with subject matter experts.

  • Effective management of the training budget.

  • Define compliance capability priorities aligned to the business agenda at site level and effective administration of compliance training including scheduling, recording and reporting.

  • Ensure deployment of GSK global learning and development model in Supply Chain Sri Lanka by facilitation and delivery of programmes as applicable.

  • Execution of agreed local small to medium scale learning and development projects across end to end learning cycle.

  • Liaise with GSK Global Learning and Development organization in cascading Global programmes for local talent.

 

Personal Profile  

  • Degree in HRM, Business Management or equal qualification from any reputed University or equivalent

  • A successful track record with a minimum of 04 years of experience in similar capacity

  • Excellent IT skills and experience in working with online based training modules, interfaces will be a definite advantage

  • Fluency in both Sinhala and English Languages (written and verbal)

  • A high level of energy, initiative, leadership skills with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Age below 30 years
