You should hold a Degree or Diploma in HR/Psychology/Social Science and have a minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar capacity. Experience in a manufacturing environment and exposure/experience in administration/social compliance standards would be advantage. You should possess counselling and interpersonal skills and have the ability to work under stress and pressure. You will also display effective time management and skill prioritization capabilities. You will be a strong leader and possess the ability to effectively manage a team. You will have the aptitude for communication, report writing and presentation skills and should be IT literate.
