Assistant Manager (Human Resource) - Koggala

You should preferably hold a degree /diploma or any professional qualification in HR. You should possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role. You should have a good understanding of the human psychology and possess a fairly comprehensive working knowledge of MS office. You will be assertive, self-driven and possess emotional resilience to withstand work pressure. Whilst being a great team player you will display strong leadership qualities.
