You will possess a Degree/Diploma in HR or a relevant field with a minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar capacity. Prior experience in Recruitment and Employee Relations in a manufacturing environment would be highly advantageous. You will possess the ability to build and develop strong relationships and effectively communicate both internally and externally. You will possess excellent inter-persona I skills and have the ability to motivate your organization to higher levels of performance. You will possess the ability to perform under pressure in a challenging and fast-paced work environment.
