Job Specification

  • Post graduate qualification (Part of Full) 
  • Experience in L & D, Recruitment, Welfare and HR administration  
  • Good command of written and spoken English language, computer literacy (Ms Excel).
  • Should have presentation skills and analytical skills.

Job Description

  • Develop and Implementation of HR policy, System, Processes as per the company needs
  • Ensure smooth functioning of all HR processes
  • Ensure timely generating of MIS reports as per the request of the manager/regional and global management
  • Should be disciplined and a team player.
  • Should strictly follow HSE guidelines, policies and procedures.
  • Should have high integrity.
  • Should be able to work extended hours if required.
  • Living in and around Colombo will be an advantage.
