Requirements - B.Sc. Degree in Counseling & Psychology Or any other relevant professional Degree. Minimum 2-3 years' experience from Apparel/Manufacturing sector. Support to HR, IR/Admin Department to develop employees. Preparing periodic report on counseling, etc. Reduce labour Turnover & absenteeism. Age below 35 Female candidate.
