The Individual

  •  Excellent communication skills in English
  •  Candidate should possess excellent customer service skills
  •  Previous experience in a similar position will be an added advantage
  •  Preferably someone living close to the airport

Job Role

  •  Greet and welcome guests
  •  Coordinate with hotels, chauffeurs and guides
  •  Maintain a good relationship with the immigration authorities

and the airport personnel

  •  Collection of payments and communicating same to the

accounts

  •  Working with the operations department when there are no arrivals or departures.

Personal Attributes and skills

  •  Good Communication Skills
  •  Ability to work as a team
