Visual Merchandising Executive (Sri Lanka)

JOB SUMMARY

Visual Merchandising on all shop fronts outlets for both Consumer Electronics and Mobile Phone Categories. Shop front product training and data collection from each shop and on competitors is a must. Product Demonstration, Shop Front Promotions, ground activities, management of visual merchandising team, collection of data on sales, shop front display and also any other feedback from shops as well as customers.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Implement strategy on Visual Merchandising for all the shops under outlet Dealers for both CE & MP
Route Planning and Budget Planning for merchandising visits
Training and development of each shop front staff on new products.
Product Demonstrations, shop front activations and ground activations on promotions
Data collection on – Sales, Display, competitor and feedback on shop front as well as area wise
Team Management – Visual Merchandising

PRE-REQUISITES

At least 2 years relevant experience
Proficient in MS office applications
Be able to prioritize multiple demands simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, including ability to conduct presentations in public and addressing audiences regarding the presentation of analytics or capabilities of team members.
Self-starter, with ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
Must be proficient in spoken and written English & Sinhala
Experience in training & Tamil Language will be an added advantage
