Job Position : Technical Field Assistants

Your role…

• Provide field technical support for credit card terminals and kiosks
• Provide Technical assistance in the field / customer sites. (Training will be provided)
• Installation of at the field / customer sites (Training will be provided)
• Replacement of backup equipment at the field / customer sites (Training will be provided)
• Ability to provide telephone support. (Training will be provided)
• Excel in customer service skills and ensure customer service delight at all times.

 

Requirements…

• GCE (O/L) / ( A/L)
• Good communication skills and technical skills
• Must be willing to work extended hours
• Preferably School Leavers
• Pleasing personality
• Result-oriented
• You will also to be self-motivated and work independently under pressure
• Speaking skills in English and Sinhala. Tamil will be an added advantage
• Computer literacy with MS Office applications
