The ideal candidates should - Possess minimum 01 years experience in a similar job role (Preferably in Tea industry). Possess strong influencing communication skills. Be highly motivated team player with an outgoing personality and able to work independently. Be fluency in English and ability to converse in other languages (Local & International) will be a definite advantage.
