Bachelor's Degree in Management / Marketing AND / OR Degree equivalent HR qualification. Excellent command of written and spoken English with PR skills. Fluency in Sinhala and Tamil would be an added advantage. Excellent telephone etiquette, the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Minimum 02 years of work experience in recruitment along with tele-sales or customer service. Fully conversant with Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Good knowledge of the internet sector and online marketplaces.
