You are required to be at Sous Chef level, with experience in 5 star hotels
or high end restaurants.
You should possess strong culinary skills, be familiar with industry best
practices. and be willing to learn on the job.
Experience in kitchen and staff management. a strong track record of
maintaining hygiene and food safety standards and a working knowledge
of Microsoft office (word & excel) is essential.
