Software QA Engineer

Based in Kotte, Sri Lanka, we are looking for technology professionals who are passionate about software – to be able to fit in to a culture that is Silicon Valley / California and Silicon Roundabout / London (think monthly hackathons, flexible working hours, work from home and potential business travel). 

Person Specification: 

- Excellent English communication and Western upbringing or fluency with Western culture
- Obsessive compulsive disorder or pedantic over detail 
- 100% Results focus and the inability to leave until the job is done

Technical Requirements – Developer / Engineer / Lead:

- A degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent 
- 2-3 years’ experience in software testing or development in a technology specific environment 
- Experience on test automation and performance testing will be an added advantage 
- A proven track record of innovative work. 
- Great communication skills and collaborative working methods. 
- An excellent knowledge of online usability, accessibility and industry standards/best practices
