Software Engineer Associate Tech Lead Ruby on Rails

Qualifications and experience

• You have an eye for user-friendly design and value writing high quality software.
• Should possess hands-on experience in GitHub & Git
• Excellent knowledge in code reviews
• You are self-motivated, organized and have great communication skills needed to drive the collaboration   

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years demonstrable experience with Ruby on Rails (inc. Rails 4.2)
• Strong Object Oriented design skills
• Experience with testing your code in Test Drive Development manner (RSpec)
• Experience in working with JavaScript, CoffeeScript, jQuery, HTML & CSS
• Experience working with PostgreSQL
• Experience with deploying to Amazon services (S3, SES, EC2)
• Fluent written and spoken skills in English
