Our client is a import/manufacturing/distribution company, specialising in baby products. They are looking for a Showroom In-Charge with the following.

Requirements:
- Age between 25-45 years.
- An individual with a proven track record in showroom sales with a minimum of 2 years experience in managerial or position in-charge of retail operations.
- He/she must have excellent communication skills in Sinhala & English.
- Must be computer literate.

Responsibilities:
- Achieve the set target for the showroom.
- Display, merchandising and category management.
- Managing day to day business activities of the showroom.
- Lead, manage & mentor showroom staff
