Qualification Experience Knowledge Skills: Qualification in Special Education, Child psychology and/or Early Childhood or a related field would be an added advantage though not essential. School leavers studying psychology are most welcome to apply. At least 6 months experience in a similar capacity would be a definite advantage. Exceptional knowledge of how to be approachable, understanding and kind person. Must possess the ability to deal with the stress of the position in an appropriate manner. A good command of English is a must in both oral and writing
