Senior Manager - IR (Based At Kelaniya)

• A degree in HRM from recognized University/Institute or equivalent qualification • An MBA would be an added advantage • Minimum of 10 years' experience in IR field in a similar capacity • Excellent written & oral communication skills in English & Sinhala • Good negotiation & people management skills • Strong leadership skills, problem solving and team building capacity • Age between 35 to 45 years
