Senior Manager & Assistant Manager (Call Center)




Senior Manager - Minimum of 10 - 12 years experience in call center/BPO. Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Sinhala and preferably in Tamil. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, if required. Hands on Experience in Customer Relationship Management. Assistant Manager - Minimum of 5 - 8 years experience in call center /BPO. Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Sinhala and preferably in Tamil. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, if required. Hands on Experience in Customer Relationship Management.
