Senior Manager & Assistant Manager (Call Center)




Senior Manager (Call Center) - Minimum of 10-12 years experience in call center/BPO. Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Sinhala and preferably in Tamil. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, if required. Assistant Manager (Call Center) - Minimum of 5-8 years experience in call center /BPO. Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Sinhala and preferably in Tamil. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, if required.
