Job Title- Senior Legal officer
Our Client is a leading company into real estate.
Qualifications and experience
- Degree of Bachelor of Laws (LLB) & Attorney-at-Law, Notary Public (with license to practice in Colombo)
- Minimum of 02-03 years of experience in similar capacity in the areas of Commercial Law, Property Law, Company Law & Litigation
- Previous work experience in real estate / condominium property sector will be an added advantage
- Should possess excellent oral & written communication skills
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office is a must undertaken in Sri Lanka.
- Age preferably below 35 years

- Should be able to work under pressure
