All candidates should - Be able to Speak, read & write English well. Be able to work 22 days on and 6 days off, If from an area far away from Ella, Candidate should be prepared to travel home on days off only. Be able to sleep over at the resort when on duty. Have qualification in Culinary/Chef School.
