Female Candidate, age below 32 years. Minimum 3 years working experience in similar capacity. Excellent command of both written and spoken English with good interpersonal and communication skills. A Diploma or any other qualification in secretarial work would be an added advantage. Sufficient knowledge and exposure to coordination and administrative functions. Should be proactive and self motivated. Assurance of confidentiality. Familiar with Ms Office functions (Word, Excel, Power point).
