Job Title: Sales Executive

Our client is looking for enthusiastic Sales Executives to contribute in generating sales for their company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
 
An effective telesales executive must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. You must be comfortable presenting their products and services over the phone and be involved in customer support at the initial stage.
 
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
 
Sales Executive - The Role: 
 
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about products/services or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the Sales Manager as appropriate
- Enter and update customer information in the CRM
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
 
Skills and Qualifications: 
 
- Passion for sales
- Excellent Presentation & Negotiation Skills 
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with Clients 
- Excellent communication skills in English, Sinhala/Tamil 
- A strong team player 
- Self-motivated and ability to meet sales targets 
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role is an advantage.
