Salary: Rs. 50,000 - Rs. 100,000 basic + uncapped bonuses (Rs. 300,000 on target earnings)

Sales Executive - The Role:

Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry
Establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending customised solutions to suit their needs.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
Support the Senior sales manager to develop a structured sales environment
Suggest product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing set targets.

Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent Presentation & Negotiation Skills
Ability to maintain strong relationships with Clients
Excellent communication skills & a strong team player
Self-motivated and ability to meet sales targets
A minimum of 3-4 years experience in similar capacity with an excellent track record
Experience in working with a CRM system is an added advantage
