Position: Sales Associate: Field sales
Location: COLOMBO 11(Head Office)
Salary: 20,000 Basic+ commission Average estimated earning initially approx 35,000-40,000
Working days: Monday - Saturday
Working hours: 9.00AM - 6.00pm Monday to Saturday
Job description: - Designing and executing intensive plans to achieve sales targets in regards to product penetration, market coverage, market share & profits.
- Ensuring all company sales policies regarding sales administration such as credit control, smooth cash flow and customer credibility is maintained at all times.
- Being responsible for sales and sales returns as well as timely payments.
- Key accounts merchandising and reporting to Head of Sales
- Stock awareness, control, reporting and decision making
- Scheduling sales visits and reporting in a timely and organized manner
Requirements:
- Age below 35 years
- Minimum AL qualification
- A diploma or any higher academic qualification is preferred
- Driving license is a definite bonus
- Literacy in Sinhala & English. Tamil is an advantage.
- Time flexibility and discipline
- Basic IT literacy (MS office, email is a must)
