Role of Executive Assistant Manager

The selected candidate will oversee complete operation of the resort, deliver a service of very high standard for demanding clientele, mange cost properly without compromising quality for which we have been recognized for, ensure the resort is functioning at optimum level with no complaints from visitors, be a role model and overlook the resort operation with confidence in the absence of General Manager, make sure necessary policies are in place and employees adhere to set standards and policies, motivate employees and be proactive in employee engagement and satisfaction.
