Qualifications and experience
- Degree in Management, Child Development, or Leadership
- 3 -5 years of experience in supervision and child development management
- Effective language skills with both written and verbally English & Sinhala or Tamil
Job Role
- Managing the team of Partnership Facilitators
- Serving the partners with a vision to build their capacity
- Supervise effectiveness and efficiency of partnership Facilitators towards the goals
- Suggestions and recommendations for new partnerships
- Should be willing to travel both local and overseas trips
Personal Attributes and skills
- Highly motivated team player
- Excellent facilitation and negotiation skills
- Very good coaching and supervising skills
