Qualifications and experience
- Experience in Relationship Management is mandatory
- Minimum 2-4 years experience in Banking
- Age below 30 years
- A degree in relevant field is an added advantage
Job Role
- Achieve revenue/sales target set for the unit
- Strictly adhere to perform duties within the Delegated Authorities
- Satisfying the existing customer base
- Acquire new customers
- Coordinating Focus Group Meetings, and meetings with fund houses
Personal Attributes and skills
- Demonstrate ability in sales and marketing
- Credit assessment skills
- Self motivation and highly developed inter-personal skills
- Customer service orientation
- Strong analytical ability to assess and interpret implication of financial trends
