Receptionist / Customer Care Assistant

We are seeking high quality, well-rounded individuals with excellent Communication skills and customer relations skills to serve both calling and visiting customers cordially and effectively.

Job Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of calls, and forward calls to desired personnel.
  • Ensure high level of telephone etiquette and delightful customer care services to create a good business image and to uphold Brand value amongst stakeholders.
  • Answers questions about organization and provides callers with required information.
  • Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
  • Monitors visitor access and issues passes when required

Eligibility

To be successful in this role you would need to satisfy the following criteria:

  • Minimum of 3 passes in G.C.E. A/L.
  • Good command in English and Sinhala languages. (Tamil will be an added advantage)
  • Oral Communication skills – Should able to speak in a clear & concise manner under varying circumstances.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
  • Customer service mindset and an outgoing personality
