Responsibilities:
Setting targets for each agents.
Recruiting and Training new Agents
Maintaining a data base
Develop and implement plans and strategies to grow services and business 
Oversee property data base of each Agent and realtors to ensure the listing details are in order.
Interact with clients
Manage proposal submittals


Qualifications:

5 years of experience marketing and selling related to real estate or banking sector
Strong, fundamental network in Colombo / Kandy/Galle
Bachelors in Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Marketing, Business, or other related field
