Quality Assurance Analyst

Role Profile

  • Adhere to Good Laboratory Practices and follow safety rules and Regulations where applicable and help maintain good housekeeping.
  • Sampling, inspection and release of raw materials and  packaging material
  • Ensure all documentation work duly and accurately completed and maintained in all activities
  • Carry out analytical tests assigned, and report any deviations of analytical results and faults in instruments to QC Coordinator / Chemist / QAM.
  • Calibrate all equipment as per schedule and document results appropriately.
  • Prepare and store reference samples of raw material and examine record observations and report on deviations of reference samples
  • Assist QA Manager and QA Executive in Annual stock verification, validation of methods, cleaning, Processes and equipment.
  • Conduct relevant tests and record and report results on water samples submitted by Maintenance Division
  • To work as Operational Quality person on assigned days
  • Support  GPS activities in QA Lab
  • Follow and ensure compliance on EHS policies and Guidelines
  • On-time reporting of EHS violations
  • Report Near miss incident and 8 ZAPs per year
  • Reporting of accidents
  • Gain support and commitment from the internal customers
  • Balance Task and Peoples’ aspects to achieve high productivity levels
  • Interact effectively with staff through regular feedback
  •  Be a role model through high commitment to Quality
  • Able to inspire, motivate  production staff  to achieve results
  • Build relationships with departments to gain synergy
  •  

Personal Profile  

  • Should possess a Degree / Diploma / Analytical related recognized qualification in Quality Control/ Assurance related fields or
  • At least 2 years experience related to Quality Assurance work/ Laboratory /Analytical work and
  • Able to demonstrate sound knowledge on Laboratory Practices and Equipment usage
  • Experience with a good and clean track record of achievement in either Pharmaceutical/Nutritional/ Soft drink manufacturing activity.
  • Knowledge on Quality Management Systems will be and added qualification
  • Good Communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
