Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Control Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control processes and a keen eye for detail. As a QC Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of product quality through effective implementation and management of quality control systems.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the quality control department.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Train, mentor, and supervise quality control inspectors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Generate reports and analyses data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or certificate in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in a quality control role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
