QA Manager

Our client is a Recruitment & Outsource Agency in Sri Lanka. They are are looking for a QA Manager with 3 to 5 years experience leading a QA team.

 

Your main responsibilities would include:

  • Managing the software quality assurance test team, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, mentoring and coaching team members, resource planning and enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Leading test automation efforts.
  • Working with multiple development teams to help establish, improve, implement and enforce standards, processes and procedures.
  • Managing defects and issues for multiple and simultaneous development cycles.
  • Participating in project planning and estimation exercises.
  • Being involved in story sign-off, launch readiness, bug triage and feature demos to stakeholders.
  • Ensuring that all quality controls are identified, in place, and reviewed during the project
  • Preparing quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and quality trends.
  • Ensuring that the QA team is following best practices.
