Candidate Profile; Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology. Computer Science or possess an equivalent qualification. Project Management certification would be an added advantage. At least 5 years industry experience with minimum 2 years in the similar capacity. Excellent planning, organising, communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in Sinhala or Tamil and English. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent customer service attitude.
