The ideal candidate should be below 30 years of age having a sound educational background with a minimum of two (02) years development sector project management experience. The work experience should entail a good track record of project design, implementation, Monitoring & Evaluation and Control. He/ she should display strong administrative skills. The position also demands the ability to work independently with the minimum supervision. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with strong leadership qualities are key attributes sought in the applicant.
