Job description: ​

·         Clearly get the initial client information/requirements from the sales team​

·         Build an relationship with the client and generate future sales (based on commission)​

·         Gather client requirements​

·         Create project plans, deadlines and get approval​

·         Deliver a quality product that guarantees client value and happiness​

·         Resolve any internal and external conflicts immediately​

·         Lead the development team efficiently​

·         Participate in client meetings & communicate effectively with management.​

·         Generate new leads and closing the sales when possible (based on commission)​

Requirements:​

·         At least one year experience in similar role​

·         Good sales and relationship building skills​

·         Outgoing and a pleasant personality​

·         An accountable person and a high achieving mindset​

·         Good knowledge in Information Technology (web/mobile)​

·         Ability to meet deadlines and Lead the Team effectively​
