Role profile

The Program Manager for ISC SCT Program role needs to ensure robust Project Management of GSK Supply Chain Transformation Projects / Initiatives and ensure the required program governance and reporting from the region are in place and supporting administrative and MIS activities in GPS implementation.

  1. Managing / Establishing Project Management System for programs across Indian Sub-Continent (ISC).
  2. Coordinating with Site Leads, Supply Chain Functions and Finance Team to ensure on-time project completion and delivery.
  3. Maintain a calendar for global project review and circulate relevant information before review to the team.
  4. Attend global conference calls to understand queries / requirements on any project and resolve them after consultation with Project Owners.
  5. Support Project Owners in preparing Project Documents.
  6. Prepare and circulate presentation to give monthly update on projects.
  7. Support to ensure consistency in GSK Production System (GPS) Implementation across sites and Region, share lessons learnt with the Regional team.
  8. Closely liaise with GPS coaches to manage MIS to understand gap and support in driving improvement with regional GPS Team.

 

 

Personal Profile

  1. A Degree (BSc.) or equivalent professional qualification in Lean / Sigma / Ideally Manufacturing / Engineering/ Project Management/Operations Management from a recognized university.
  2. Previous exposure in manufacturing environment, covering a broad range of activities and operations will be a definite advantage (e.g. Production, Engineering, Quality Assurance / Logistics / Safety).
  3. Minimum 10 Years of work experience in a food / pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in the relevant discipline.
  4. Sound Inter-personal skills.
