Production Supervisor ( organic )

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee daily factory operations in our organic production environment.

🔹 Requirements

✔ Successfully passed G.C.E. (A/L)

✔ Minimum 6 months’ experience in organic production/operations (mandatory)

✔ Basic knowledge of organic standards (EU, USDA, or local certifications) is an advantage

✔ Good communication and organizational skills

✔ Ability to work independently and in a team

✔ Applicants below 25 years interested in building a career in agriculture are encouraged to apply
