Qualifications and experience

NIFT / BE or equivalent.
Should have work experience 4-6 yrs preferably in Ladies Woven Bottom Wear.
Prior experience in industrial engineering.
Soft Skills - Aggressive and strong leadership skills.

Job Role

Best Utilization of Man, Machine and Material.
To meet the targeted efficiency.
Accounting of the garments and controlling the rejections.
Ensure corrective action is taken as per the quality feedback.
To be proactive and motivate & inspire them to improve productivity and quality on continuous basis.
Use Industrial Engineering Techniques in day to day work for cost effective prod.
Ensure floor is maintaining proper house keeping and compliance as per standard.
Proper work place engineering where ever possible
Look at reducing work content and improving the efficiency.
