Outlet Manager (Food Court) - Responsible individuals under 45 years of age, having had at least 5 years' work experience in the hospitality trade. Exceptional PR skills and ability to converse fluently in at least two languages would be a distinct advantage. Chefs / Cooks (Food Court) - We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated individuals with 3-5 years' experience in the preparation of Thai, Chinese and Mongolian Cuisine.
