Completed/ undertaking an academic or professional qualification,
Passionate about Customer Service,
Interested in building a career in the BPO/KPO industry,
Shift time (8.00 am to 5.00 pm) and US Working calendar applicable to the role.
Experience in RCM -Billing/Posting will be an added advantage.
